Procedure:
The treatment varies from person to person depending upon the specific need of having this procedure as it can be done for; increasing the size of the nose, decreasing the size of the nose, altering the tip, altering the shape, altering the bridge of the nose and many other options as well. So if you are doing this procedure for cosmetic reasons which have nothing to do with the nose bone then you will be given local anesthesia to numb the area to operate. Whereas for other purposes general anesthesia is administrated to operate.
The area is first cleaned, then marking is done over it, and to proceed with the treatment, anesthesia is administrated. Then after the doctor enhances the nose structure and works by operating over the marked lines and at last, the muscles are stitched together and a bandage is done over it and the nose is left for recovery.
